Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project records and trackers
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular checks and reconciliation
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Managers to understand hiring needs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure fair evaluation of internal candidates
  • Help refine internal recruiting processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Handle a high volume of requests and applications
  • Curate a positive candidate experience for internal candidates
  • Continuously improve the internal recruiting experience

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, recruiting, or operations role
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
