Compensation

Salary Range (Base + commission) 50k-60k

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for the division
• Research and identify prospective users of staffing services
• Develop a marketing plan to engage new clients
• Schedule and attend client meetings to generate new business
• Negotiate fees and close deals
• Partner with Recruiters to match client needs
