• Source, hire, and place employees matching customer needs
• Analyze market trends for recruiting methods and staffing trends
• Network to establish and grow a talent pipeline
• Contribute to fulfillment rate increases
• Enhance company image through community relationships

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in staffing or direct placement
• Proven record in Direct Hire placement
