Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for experienced professionals in Finance, MSP, and Change Management
• Source and connect with top talent
• Conduct intake interviews to understand candidates' ambitions and experiences
• Maintain and expand a network of professionals
• Guide candidates through the selection process
• Perform administrative tasks related to candidate management

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
