Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with leaders to understand business priorities and talent needs
- Own the firm’s performance management cycle
- Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze data
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters
- Reinforce the firm’s core values through HR practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
- Expertise in performance management and employee relations
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) a plus
