The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and configuration for the Workday HCM platform
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday processes
- Support global HRIS initiatives and system enhancements
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Workday HCM platform
- Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits and Payroll integrations
- Experience supporting Workday Absence Management
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and calculated fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
