Compensation

The salary range for this position is 110000 USD to 125000 USD.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and configuration for the Workday HCM platform
• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations
• Support and configure Workday Benefits and Payroll integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors and data issues
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across Workday processes
• Support global HRIS initiatives and system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Workday HCM platform
• Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits and Payroll integrations
• Experience supporting Workday Absence Management
• Proficiency in Workday reporting and calculated fields
• Strong knowledge of Workday’s security tools and architecture
