Compensation
The salary range for this position is 110000 USD to 125000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and configuration for the Workday HCM platform
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations
- Support and configure Workday Benefits and Payroll integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors and data issues
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across Workday processes
- Support global HRIS initiatives and system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Workday HCM platform
- Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits and Payroll integrations
- Experience supporting Workday Absence Management
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and calculated fields
- Strong knowledge of Workday’s security tools and architecture
