Responsibilities

• Recruit and place Related Services professionals supporting educational and school-based programs
• Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare and related services professionals
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand staffing needs
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ sales or recruitment experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation
• Ability to set and surpass goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
