Responsibilities
- Recruit healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, and Advanced Practice roles
- Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Utilize the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals to recruit qualified candidates
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Stay connected with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ sales or recruitment experience
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Ability to set and surpass goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
