Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships and identify hiring needs
• Negotiate service agreements and keep clients informed throughout the recruitment process
• Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates through various sourcing methods
• Manage the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and negotiating offers
• Provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success of placed candidates

Requirements

• University degree (2.2 or above) or relevant work experience
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through academic studies, internships, or early career positions
• Experience in a sales environment, typically amounting to two years
