Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates for open job roles using various channels
- Review resumes and conduct phone interviews
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Provide feedback to candidates after interviews
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or about to be)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Drive to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry
