Responsibilities

• Own and scale a Financial Markets vertical
• Build and deepen high-value client relationships across banks, securities, and trading firms
• Deliver mid to senior-level placements focusing on quality and long-term partnerships
• Drive both origination and execution with full ownership of P&L trajectory

Requirements

• 3-8+ years recruitment experience within Financial Services or Financial Markets
• Strong track record of billing or clear progression toward PC/AVP/VP level
• Commercial mindset and ability to own client relationships
