- Own and scale a Financial Markets vertical
- Build and deepen high-value client relationships across banks, securities, and trading firms
- Deliver mid to senior-level placements focusing on quality and long-term partnerships
- Drive both origination and execution with full ownership of P&L trajectory
Requirements
- 3-8+ years recruitment experience within Financial Services or Financial Markets
- Strong track record of billing or clear progression toward PC/AVP/VP level
- Commercial mindset and ability to own client relationships
