Executive Search Senior Associate, Industrial

Responsibilities

• Develop position specifications and create effective search strategies in collaboration with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry-specific research and map the executive talent landscape.
• Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest in client opportunities and collect market intelligence.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and keep the Consultant updated.
• Assist with client relationship management alongside the Consultant.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience is required.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition is strongly preferred.
