Responsibilities
- Participate in client-facing calls and manage logistics for communication
- Conduct pre-kickoff research and build preliminary longlists
- Develop and send outreach messages to candidates
- Coordinate candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates
- Facilitate communication between team members and prepare materials for meetings
- Contribute to process improvement and define success metrics
Requirements
- Prior experience in search coordination or recruitment coordination
- Strong research capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
