Compensation

$80,000 to $105,000

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry-specific and client company research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Assist Consultants in developing position specifications and focused search strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire life cycle of the search.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years of transferable recruiting experience is required.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition is preferred.

• Salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 based on education, work experience, and skills.
