Compensation

$50,000 starting base salary with merit-based raises and commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Target new candidates and clients using market research and sourcing programs
• Open new client accounts using sales best practices
• Build relationships with customers leveraging local market expertise
• Facilitate the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
• Connect with the tech community through events and networking
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

Requirements

• Formal recruiting experience preferred but not required
• 4-year college degree or honorable discharge from the military preferred
• Ability to share experiences of teamwork and problem-solving
