Responsibilities
- Develop a network and maintain non-transactional relationships.
- Reach out to potential clients to establish relationships and win new business.
- Pitch and negotiate service agreements with key stakeholders.
- Maintain existing client relationships and update them throughout ongoing searches.
- Headhunt top talent within assigned niche and territory.
- Network with passive/inactive talent and cold call candidates.
- Coordinate the interview process and exchange feedback between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate and deliver offers to candidates.
- Provide post-placement care to ensure long-term fit.
