Responsibilities

• Develop your network and maintain relationships to establish expertise in your market.
• Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships and identify hiring needs.
• Negotiate service agreements and keep clients informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Manage the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, exchanging feedback, and negotiating offers.
• Provide post-placement support by maintaining contact with placed candidates.

Requirements

• Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or possess relevant work experience, typically amounting to two years in a sales environment.
• A strong work ethic demonstrated through academic studies, internships, part-time jobs, or early career positions is essential.
