Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes
- Develop search strategies and position specifications
- Conduct candidate outreach and interviews
- Manage client relationships and present status reports
- Mentor junior Search professionals
Requirements
- 6+ years professional experience or 5+ years of transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in Executive Search
