Compensation

$115 - 125K DOE

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and financial health of the engagement
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team and manage the talent lifecycle
• Define and evolve workflows to ensure efficiency in the gaming pipeline
• Own reporting suite within project management tools
• Lead development and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in account, team and delivery management within an agency or client-side marketing environment
• Deep understanding of the gaming development lifecycle and marketing pipeline
• Proven mastery of program management frameworks
• Expert level knowledge of project management software
• Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams
