Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate
- Manage the assessment and selection process
- Facilitate intake meetings with Hiring Managers
- Participate in Early Career Attraction activities
- Review and qualify candidate flow
- Ensure positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of full Early Careers life-cycle recruitment experience
- 2 years of experience with an ATS or CRM tool
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
