Responsibilities
- Recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer candidates for driver job openings
- Identify driver requirements and job specifications in collaboration with management
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to attract qualified candidates
- Develop recruitment programs and advertising materials
- Collaborate with branch offices to identify and recruit candidates
- Review applications and conduct interviews
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in staffing or sales
- Experience managing teams
