Responsibilities

• Recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer candidates for driver job openings
• Identify driver requirements and job specifications in collaboration with management
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to attract qualified candidates
• Develop recruitment programs and advertising materials
• Collaborate with branch offices to identify and recruit candidates
• Review applications and conduct interviews

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in staffing or sales
• Experience managing teams
