Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for interim executives and senior consultants
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with growth goals
• Conduct market mapping and proactive outreach to build talent pipelines
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams
• Evaluate candidates using behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessments
• Build and nurture a strong network of consultants and interim leaders

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional services, interim, consulting/big 4 and/or executive search experience
• Experience placing C-suite, VP, Director-level, or high-impact specialist consultants
• Strong exposure to Private Equity portfolio companies and/or large global enterprises
• Experience recruiting in Accounting & Finance and/or Technology/Digital/CX
