Responsibilities

• Lead sessions to gather and translate client business requirements into working solutions
• Guide business stakeholders through workshops
• Implement solutions that meet client objectives
• Responsible for the setup, configuration, and roll-out of KF TA solutions
• Collaborate with internal and client team members throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements
• Develop business-specific approaches and plans for testing, training, and post-production support

Requirements

• Prior experience in the design, development, and implementation of Talent Management Systems
• Knowledge of TA leading technologies
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
