Responsibilities

• Develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements
• Write proposals and support business development activities
• Act as engagement manager on specific projects
• Identify issues, form hypotheses, and conduct analysis
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
• Lead projects under the guidance of a Principal Consultant or Partner
• Contribute to thought leadership and development of products and tools

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
• 5+ years of work experience in a business environment
• 3 years in a management or leadership consulting environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficient processes
• Highly numerate with excellent report writing skills
• Willingness to travel locally and globally as required
