Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for commercial construction roles
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with construction professionals
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent
• Analyze resumes to assess specialized skills and qualifications relevant to the construction industry
• Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
• Collaborate with team leaders to evaluate hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives
• Provide expert consultation to clients on market trends and recruitment strategies
• Balance client and candidate needs to achieve successful placement outcomes
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and business development within the commercial construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and professional roles
