Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profiles.
  • Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
  • Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
  • Follow agreed client recruitment processes for recruitment delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with strong university, campus, or early careers recruitment experience.
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting competency or behavioral-based interviews.
  • 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies.
