Responsibilities
- Implement global strategy at a local level
- Manage key negotiations and maintain essential relationships
- Identify new commercial opportunities and expand the client portfolio
- Conduct cold acquisition and organize meetings with potential clients
- Monitor commercial performance and ensure all contracts are up to date
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role within recruitment
- Strong commercial insight to drive growth
- Ability to work with KPIs and a results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
