Compensation

$31.25 hourly, equating to $65,000 annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outreach to prospective clients
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
• Educate clients about Aya's Educational staffing services
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients
• Travel up to 50% for client meetings and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• Client-centered mentality
