Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing search strategies
• Gather information on industries and target companies
• Represent clients effectively and present qualified candidates
• Communicate effectively with the search team and provide progress reports
• Develop expertise in a defined industry or candidate pool

Requirements

• University Graduate, college degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or executive search environment
• Domain or Subject Matter Expertise in an industry or functional area
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
