Responsibilities

• Ensure a strong candidate pipeline and optimize sourcing channels
• Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework
• Manage candidate relationship strategies to build relationships with passive candidates
• Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion

Requirements

• Prior experience in hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the FinTech industry
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs
