Responsibilities
- Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
- Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements
- Define and design sourcing strategies for building talent pools
- Develop and optimize sourcing channels to improve client talent pools
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework
- Assist clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition
- Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels
- Develop candidate relationship management strategies
- Gather competitive intelligence and create talent maps
- Provide support, advice, and coaching to team members
Requirements
- 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
- 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
- 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
- 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
- 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
