Responsibilities

  • Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
  • Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements
  • Define and design sourcing strategies for building talent pools
  • Develop and optimize sourcing channels to improve client talent pools
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework
  • Assist clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition
  • Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels
  • Develop candidate relationship management strategies
  • Gather competitive intelligence and create talent maps
  • Provide support, advice, and coaching to team members

Requirements

  • 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
  • 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
  • 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
  • 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
  • 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
