Compensation

Hourly pay rate of $19.50 - $24.25, dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and fill contract positions for nursing.
• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow the clinician network.
• Plan a prospecting and marketing strategy using the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure accurate candidate information is maintained in the system.
• Consult with clinicians to understand their career aspirations.
• Qualify clinicians for travel assignments based on licensure and availability.
• Discuss and negotiate compensation packages.
• Present candidate information to Account Managers for interviews.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
• Sales or recruiting experience
