Responsibilities

• Support Consultants in executing client engagements
• Participate in business development and prepare pitch presentations
• Assist in developing client communications and engagement plans
• Conduct structured capability-based interviews and synthesize data
• Manage multiple engagements across varied time zones

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership consulting or professional services
• 5+ years in corporate human resources management focused on talent development
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate/MBA preferred
• Excellent knowledge of English and Japanese languages
