Responsibilities

• Support Consultants in executing client engagements and managing the engagement lifecycle
• Participate in business development and prepare pitch presentations
• Assist in developing client communications and engagement plans
• Conduct assessments through structured interviews and prepare client assessment reports
• Contribute to practice-building activities and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership consulting or professional services
• Experience in corporate human resources management with a focus on talent development
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate/MBA preferred
• Excellent knowledge of English and Japanese languages

The role requires approximately 20%-40% travel, primarily within the region of the home office.
