Responsibilities
- Support Consultants in executing client engagements and managing the engagement lifecycle
- Participate in business development and prepare pitch presentations
- Assist in developing client communications and engagement plans
- Conduct assessments through structured interviews and prepare client assessment reports
- Contribute to practice-building activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership consulting or professional services
- Experience in corporate human resources management with a focus on talent development
- Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate/MBA preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English and Japanese languages
