The base compensation range for this position is $100-130k per year.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies
- Identify potential candidates and represent the client in the marketplace
- Validate candidates through reference and source calls
- Prepare candidate presentations and reference reports
- Communicate effectively with team members and keep abreast of search developments
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Additional Information
