The base compensation range for this position is $100-130k per year, depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
  • Identify potential candidates and validate them through reference and source calls.
  • Develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and keep them informed of search developments.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and local practice initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
