Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement salary survey data for rewards benchmarking
• Manage relationships with assigned clients during product delivery
• Project manage Total Rewards database building
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and client training
• Track and update client information in CRM systems
• Provide accurate forecasts on existing projects

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in business/HR field, preferably in consultancy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in human resources, organizational psychology, or economics/management
• Fluency in Thai and English
