Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and implement salary survey data for benchmarking.
- Manage relationships with assigned clients during product delivery.
- Project manage Total Rewards database building.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and client training.
- Track and update client information in CRM systems.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in business/HR field, preferably in consultancy
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in human resources, organizational psychology, or economics/management
- Fluency in Thai and English
