Responsibilities
- Develop and implement salary survey data for rewards benchmarking
- Manage relationships with assigned clients during product delivery
- Project manage Total Rewards database building
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and client training
- Track and update client information in CRM systems
- Provide accurate forecasts on existing projects
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in business/HR field, preferably in consultancy
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in human resources, organizational psychology, or economics/management
- Fluency in Thai and English
