Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's industry
• Synthesize information for client-ready documents
• Stay updated on news related to key client engagements
• Assist in detailed industry talent mapping
• Participate in kick-off meetings to assist in developing search strategies

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be university graduate with a 4-year bachelor's degree
• Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA)
• Leadership experience in internships, work experience, community service, or student organizations
• Permanent U.S. work authorization
