Responsibilities

• Delivery of leadership assessments and 360 surveys for clients
• End to end project management including stakeholder management and execution
• Gather project requirements and manage data extraction and visualization
• Conduct analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks
• Coach and mentor interns and junior analysts
• Support consulting assignments and direct client communication

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience
• Graduates/Post Graduates in Computer Science/IT/Statistics preferred
• Strong domain knowledge in Primary/Secondary Research and survey methodology
• Experience in Quality assurance/audits/Project Management/Operations
