Compensation

$33.65 hourly, equating to $70,000 annually plus commission

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a group of small accounts by building strong relationships
• Proactively cold call dormant and inactive accounts to reintroduce services
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with current clients
• Drive utilization of existing contracts and secure active staffing requisitions
• Negotiate contracts with healthcare facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent industry experience)
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
