Compensation
$33.65 hourly, equating to $70,000 annually plus commission
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a group of small accounts by building strong relationships
- Proactively cold call dormant and inactive accounts to reintroduce services
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with current clients
- Drive utilization of existing contracts and secure active staffing requisitions
- Negotiate contracts with healthcare facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent industry experience)
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
