Compensation

Starting pay scale for this position is $36.06 per hour, equating to approximately $75,000 annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new accounts for Locum Tenens services
  • Proactively generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships
  • Continuously generate client leads through calls and emails
  • Submit candidates for Locum Tenens assignments
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful fulfillment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in a sales position, preferably in Locum Tenens staffing
  • Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
  • Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
