Responsibilities
- Cultivates relationships with healthcare facility clients to identify staffing needs.
- Consults on staffing processes and strategies.
- Maintains communication with clients regarding open orders and candidate supply.
- Promotes job orders to Recruiters to identify suitable candidates.
- Leverages vendor management software to enhance candidate submission speed.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
- Experience in healthcare or staffing account management
