Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding program-related details
- Guide and consult clients on standard methodologies
- Communicate with the Recruiting Team for updates on candidate status
- Lead the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters
- Report weekly activity to clients
- Own responsibility for account success
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in sales or account management
