Compensation
Pay Rate $19.50 - $24.25 Hourly, with potential additional compensation such as bonus or commission.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling and outbound outreach
- Build and grow a sustainable book of business within physician and leadership staffing programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all program-related communication
- Set and manage client expectations regarding account strategy and results
- Lead final candidate qualification and provide clients with weekly activity reporting
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales OR High School Diploma or GED with 4–7 years of relevant experience in Sales
- Prior experience in a client-facing, quota-driven sales or account management role
- Experience within healthcare staffing, professional services, or talent solutions preferred
