Compensation

Pay Rate $63,500 - $79,000, with potential additional compensation such as bonus or commission.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain new search agreements through a consultative sales approach.
• Cultivate relationships with client decision-makers to improve market penetration.
• Generate new leads and maintain current clients to achieve revenue growth.
• Negotiate search contracts including rates and terms.
• Maintain monthly communication with potential and current clients.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
• Experience in healthcare staffing or sales

Additional Information

The position requires travel between islands around 25% and may involve coming into an AMN Healthcare office depending on the work arrangement.
