Compensation

Base pay range for this position is $24.60-$32.88 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels
• Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements
• Ensuring consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection processes
• Ad-hoc HR responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Industrial recruiting experience is a plus
• Ability to work onsite at the Kalamazoo, MI location
• Flexible schedule with occasional weekend availability
