- Full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels
- Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements
- Ensuring consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection processes
- Ad-hoc HR responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Industrial recruiting experience is a plus
- Ability to work onsite at the Kalamazoo, MI location
- Flexible schedule with occasional weekend availability
